MTTVSP4KE – 400 W Transient Voltage Suppressor
MTTVSP4KE series is a family of transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes designed to protect electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by events such as lightning strikes, power surges, or electrostatic discharge (ESD).
MTTVSP4KE is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 400 W under transient conditions.
